Congress hands are tied and can’t do much with the senate held by the democrats it’s why things are as bad as they are now.
It’s doubtful that, even with republican control of the senate, that republicans would do anything about Biden’s violations of federal laws. Republicans fear being called the bad guys, even if they were in the right side of the issues, just like they fear being targeted now on the issue of ending Roe v. Wade, which was the right thing to do.
