Bragg was never trying to get a conviction. It was always simply law fare to keep Trump off the campaign trail.
CNN is getting ready for a Trump Presidency and wants to get on his good side.
It is becoming obvious that they have actually created a potential landslide victory for Trump that is becoming beyond the margin of Democrat election fraud to steal the election this time around.
They are becoming afraid and trying to build bridges with what promises to be Trump Administration much more engaged in defeating it's domestic opposition.
It's not over until, either:
The case has been dismissed.
Trump is completely exonerated.
Trump is declared "not guilty" by the jury.
I think they are just trying to get ahead of the curve. It looks like it is going to get tossed. But then they can stop fixating on it, and act like they were on the correct side of the issue.
Trump’s problem is not an evidentiary one. It’s a NYC jury one filled with stealth jurors chomping at the bit to convict him and where their standard of proof is not beyond a reasonable doubt but “maybe”
Evidence? Democrat NYC juries don’t need no stinkin’ evidence.
