We thought the horrors of the Nazi regime, the horrors of Dachau and Auschwitz, the horror of Kristallnacht, had taught the world a lesson--that such evil could never raise its hideous head again--and yet! Here it is! In all its evil--in America, of all places--and among the intelligentsia, of all people! Can they not learn from history? Can they learn at all?
Your use of the third-person “they” is interesting. It’s impersonal. The first-person plural, “we”, is more appropriate.
Why?....Because, as I have posted many times, the Marxists would kill us if they could. They just can’t get away with it....( yet).
