Worse still is that for major speeches like the recent SOU he appeared to be drugged, likely with stimulants. It is painfully obvious that Biden is not well and mentally and physically incapable of being president and commander in chief. To think he is again running for President is is incomprehensible, yet the media ignores the obvious.
