So how did 100 ATACAMS arrive in March only to be aurhozied over the past weekend?
Estimates are that 40B was shipped and only now covered in the 61B.
The accounting is up to date for “a” moment this week.
The reason so many caved in and voted was much of this is already in theater, and some of already destroyed. The Pentagon would have been 49B short this year without the midnight weekend authorizations.
