On Twitter, folks are saying that the law Bragg is using to elevate these noncrimes to a state felony is only applicable to state elections, not federal elections.
Any lawyers care to opine on this?

The Feds love to tell the states that they can’t do the Feds’ when they ate falling down on it—such as securing the border.
...But now the Feds can poach a state’s laws to “enforce” when it suits them?
