There’s also no reason to believe that they will refrain from doing this at their first opportunity for doing so.
2024 can’t end soon enough. And if Trump somehow successfully runs this gauntlet to win the EC vote in December, does anyone really expect Jan 6 2025 to pass without untold agony, inflicted without restraint by Trump’s died-in-the-wool detractors?
