Yes, it’s odd but Orange County is majority Democratic now. I’m in Irvine and it’s interesting that so far I have seen no election signs or even bumper stickers around, except for a couple Nikki Hayley yard signs that are still around for some reason.
We lived in Irvine for 20 years and then left the state completely....Before that in N. California and Costa Mesa..
I kept in touch with friends and neighbors in Irvine..made the mistake of mentioning Hillary in 2016 to an old neighbor/friend - that’s when I realized it wasn’t the OC we knew...She and her family were transplants from N. Ireland and I wanted to say - do you know what you’re doing???
I remember when Chris Cox and Dana Rohrabacher were our representatives in Congress...and the Sanchez sisters - who could forget them?
