How would anyone know it isn’t just ol’ Lunch Bucket Joe being himself? Do you remember when Biden debated Paul Ryano in the VP debates in 2008? Biden was making all these weird chuckles and faces while Ryano was talking. I still don’t know why Ryano didn’t pause and ask Brandon if he needed medical intervention.
