Disagree. This is the one court in which Trump should get a fair shake. And reading about what Smith submitted today (and its inconsistency with the criminal charges filed) makes me think that Jack Smith himself realizes that the case is headed either for an outright dismissal, or for a trial under instructions that will mean the jury will have little choice but to acquit.
