Could be chi-com Haier brand copies)— point being where are the outside heat exchange units/blowers as they have to be somewhere with unimpeded airflow.
The main point making here is— UNWRA had to have know this- because someone was paying the electrical bill for these items.. and the electricity is supplied by iirc.. Israeli power companies.
