Seatbelts are racist.
How many of the injured didn’t have their seat belts on? I used to see this all the time, people walking around like they are on solid ground instead of 7 miles up at 600 knots sealed in a flying tube. If you don’t have a seat belt on and are injured because of turbulence it is YOUR fault, not the fault of the airline that will clearly tell you (if you listen) to keep your seatbelt fastened at all times because of unexpected turbulence.

No way, no how. I value my safety more than I value supporting the Didn’t-Earn-It agenda.
I don't know when you last flew out of EWR; I have used and to this day use EWR as my primary airport, mainly because I only live about 30 minutes South.
Are you aware that EWR also has an East/West runway? I've landed on that runway many times.
My guess, however, is that it's not used unless there are severe crosswinds that affect North/South operations.
The East/West runway is kinda cool because it flies right over the Budweiser plant.
Emergency landings will be non-inclusive soon
This one isn’t Boeing’s doing. Bad weather affects everybody. The ATC should have had them fly around it................
