LOS ANGELES - FOX 11 anchor and reporter Susan Hirasuna didn’t anticipate she’d be the victim of a crime while during coverage for the station’s nightly newscast.
On Thursday night, Hirasuna discovered her Tesla had been stolen and reported it missing. Later that evening, patrol officers with the Los Angeles Police Department spotted the vehicle and initiated a pursuit.

I know who she is..the majority of the news people here in LA are far left commies so I wonder if she will rethink her leftist beliefs, doubt it though, there is no rock bottom here in LA
Her Tesla - police just followed the car until it ran out of battery power.
The found evidence of blood in the vehicle connected to some axe attack on somebody.
Suspect was released!

Conclusions:
Do not steal Tesla or you will run out of power quickly!
You can steal car and attack somebody with an ax and they will still release you in Gascon’s LA!
Hirasuna has lived and worked in southern CA area all her life. If she didn’t get it covering stories like this she never will.
I wonder how they managed to steal a Tesla? Unfortunately, the site wouldn’t load for me, so I couldn’t read the article. In theory, it shouldn’t be possible to do unless they had a valet key.

My thought was that she left or dropped the key card or fob in a place where the thief had ready access to it, like on the car seat.
Would’ve been a great news story if she was carjacked live and reporting from the vehicle as the carjackers made their getaway.
Id say like 90 percent of the reporters here vote commie..the ones that are Republican keep it to themselves afraid of being fired
♫Feliz nothing but Los Feliz🎶...
Surprising, since criminals tend to avoid electric cars due to their technology and ease of trackability.
East Hollywood—probably around Vermont Ave. and Santa Monica Blvd., near LA City College and Little Armenia.
Luckily it was a Tesla. Ran out of electricity after 10 miles.
I used to live near Sunset and Vermont. Driving down Santa Monica Blvd. was like touring a sewer in a glass bottomed boat...
Why is it only news when it happens to a rich, leftist elite and will the police do this for ANYONE who reports a stolen car?
Welcome to reality, leftists. This is the world you wanted and you are not as exempt from the consequences of it as you think you are.
I lived on the other side of Hollywood, on Kings Road, off of Sunset, in 1975-1976. I wouldn’t live there today.
Me neither {{{SHUDDER}}}.
I won’t even go more than a few feet into California.
I’m sure TeslaHumper was going to warn us how easy they are to steal or drown in
