If any government official who is a judge and, or a state's governor, or a state's parole board, releases an offender with a history of 2 or more arrests that involved assault and physical injury and, or death, and later after release from incarceration / imprisonment, commits a physical assault that kills one or more victims of that offender, then the government official shall be fired immediately and without pay and benefits and any redress.
A state wide election shall be held and all votes counted within 20 days, to replace the governor.
The state legislature shall choose a replacement parole board within 30 days.
The state legislature shall choose a replacement judge of the state court within 20 days.
The respective county shall elect a replacement judge of the local court within 20 days.
The state legislature shall, within 1 week, submit a list of judge candidates of the federal court - the list not exceeding 3 people, to the U.S. Senate. There, the U.S. Senate shall approve 1 of the candidates within 1 week of that list being submitted.
I would make it that the official or judge that lets them go needs to fill out the rest of the prison term (or what they would have received) alongside the criminal.
