I understand what you are saying about winning, unfortunately with the Republican Party that we have even when we win we lose BECAUSE they are not an opposition party!! We would ALL love to be winners however for decades now even when we win we lose!!
You are misquoting the Bible. The wheat and chaff parable is NOT about purging. It’s about waiting (and seeing how things turn out). Bigger picture-wise, there are times and ways that unity is important; and, conversely, there are times and ways that diversity is important. The Bible speaks to be both, as do the other wisdom literature of mankind.
Since you mention leaven, we have BOTH the feast of the unleavened bread (Passover) AND we have the feast of the leavened bread (Pentacost). The bread of Pentacost is to be a multigrain bread. All of Israel is to come together, each part of which brings the grain of its region, these grains are to be mixed together and leavened.

Harmeet was on the Board Of Directors of the RNC while Ronna was misappropriating funds, and sabotaging PDJT at every possible opportunity. It was her job to oversee the budget, as well as other actions and decisions.
And then, when she herself was running to win that election, she had the nerve to criticize Ronna for what she did.
That could have something to do with why she didn’t have Trump’s confidence.
