There is dumb, and then there is I believe everything Putin says dumb. The terrorists were heading for Belarus, not Ukraine.

How would anybody be able to cross the border into Ukraine? Among other things they would have to cross the Russian lines along the border. Don't you think that might raise some eyebrows among the Russian troops holding the line?

That was an attempt by the Neocons to name a similar-sounding town next to Belarus, so it’s been debunked. That’s why it’s no longer discussed. (need to keep up!)
