RINO Representative Mike Gallagher (WI) announced on Friday he will exit the House as early as next month.
Gallagher, who is currently serving as the chairman of the Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, last month announced that he will not seek reelection.
Instead of serving out the rest of his term, Gallagher will retire early leaving the GOP with a one-vote majority!
But it’s worse than that.
Gallagher announced he will leave in mid-April. If Gallagher would have left before April 9th he would have triggered a special election in his district. Because he is leaving after April 9th but still in April, there will be no special election so the seat will remain empty.
This ensures that Republicans will lose another seat of their majority in Congress.
Emerald Robinson believes this is an organized tactic to put Republicans into the minority before the November elections. That way Democrats can nullify a Trump victory by using the 14th Amendment to keep him from office.

Gallagher Works for the deep state and he will do whatever is most destructive to the republican party and the country. You can bet that he was asked to leave by his handlers in order to slowly dethrone the republican party in congress.

Regarding House rule(?) for April 9 date, since there is no corresponding constitutional option for such a deadline, it appears that voters are again being played.
"Article I, Section 2, Clause 4: When vacancies happen in the Representation from any State, the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies."

Consider that if a Democrat was leaving, we probably wouldn't have heard about the above rule imo.
If Gallagher leaves, Trump needs to endorse a replacement.

That’s exactly what they are doing. Gallagher and others will leave after April 19th in order to inflict maximum damage to the Republican party.
My point was that Mike Johnson could be doing a lot more than just being a passive observer. He could remove them from chairmanships and committees, remove financial support, etc. Do it now to prevent further problems.
Nancy Pelosi crushed all of the malcontents in her party. Democrats respect her. She will get an office building named after her.
People don’t respect weakness and Mike Johnson is proving to be as weak as water.

If this dude is going off to get a payoff position at some government contractor, Trump47 needs to make sure the competitor to that company is selected as a replacement.

However, that does not prevent the Dems, the press and apparently a lot of Republicans from publicizing that a Trump win would not be certified - their goal perhaps being to discourage Trump voters.

You’re right but the law would have to be passed and signed in this congress. With the Repukes holding power this won’t happen. They need dome time to get this law ready so that it can be used in January if it should come to that. Yes, every Democrat is the house will support it. It could realistically be slowed in the Senate which is why THIS congress would need to deal with this to make it an optiok for next year. Regardless, it seems wuite obvious that his timing is done with purpose.
Many years ago when I sometimes listened to Hugh Hewitt, Gallagher was one of his favorite guests. Always thought he was shaky then. Guess I was right.
I wonder how many millions this RINO whore got from Soros and/or other democrats to turn traitor and stab his constituents in the back.
