They will get the “Constitutional crisis” the left has been advocating for over the past several years. It will take time for the court process to play out and chaos will reign. Which is just what the progressives want. A “state of emergency” allows all types of “temporary” dictates to be implemented (Example: Covid). Remember their motto; “Never let a crisis go to waste”.
