What if she leaves and no one in the county is willing to take up the case or just drops it? The more immediate question is WHO is willing to replace Nathan Wade as prosecutor? Prosecuting a RICO case takes a special set of legal skills (which Wade LACKED) so finding such a person will be difficult.
