Having to watch discrimination training videos for 25 years and my 2 jobs. I have been thought that any action that results in someone feeling uncomfortable due to race, religion, or sexual preference is discrimination.
Sorry, I did not get the exemption to white peoples when watching the training videos.
In all the corporate HR anti discrimination courses I had to take, the white guy was always the bad guy. Not subtle.
