As I understand it, the remaining charges are predicated on the six that were thrown out. Seems to me this case is already dead in the water. But then I’m not a lawyer/persecutor for the derpstate.
Or a biased, Lefty, racially protected, hateful, ignorant State prosecutor either, I'm supposing.
