Maybe so, but in this interview he is not advocating it - he’s clearly warning AGAINST it - he says with this biometric surveillance technology - justified by Covid - “there it is - you have the worst totalitarian regime in history”.

Without context, I could see how you might believe that. ... however, this ahole is on record advocating for all sorts of totalitarian crap....and in this video, he's clearly excited about the prospect, although a person (like yourself) could mistake the passion for a warning.
