Shown by the Hubble Telescope, there are Billions of other galaxies out there, each with Billions of stars. And based on recent findings, billions and billions of planets. And you don't think that on even one other planet, life has arisen like it did.

So far no life of any kind has been found anywhere. The arguement that there billions of stars and planets so that must mean there's life somewhere is like saying there are trillions of grains of sand on the earth so one of them must actually be an alien.

I beleive that the search for "life" is simply an attempt to prove that God didn't create humanity for a special reason and a special purpose. Or worse that God had no hand in creating life. It was random chance and circumstance.

Very well said. I don’t think that it’s the only purpose, but it is the biggest one. If you believe in the assumption that there is life elsewhere, then you would be likely to assume there is life existing that is superior to humans, as well. We would simply be the average of the billions of possibilities. But that does not mesh with the belief we were created in God’s image.
