I didn’t know there were 2000 Republicans in DC...truly an endangered species. The split was Haley 1,274 - Trump 676.
If I were to speculate, the conspiracy theorist in me would say there are 676 Republicans in DC and 1,274 Democrat plants in Republican organizations in DC.

Or was this an open primary with rats changing sides to vote?
Were there any other shenanigans with the vote?
Even if the win is legit. ( which I doubt), I agree with Trump- it only makes her "Queen of the Swamp" and DC (home of the J6 Gulag), no big deal.
