"I have been coming here for years, but now I am unable to bring my workout partner, James. Equinox called him out of the blue and banned him for life. James inquired what happened, and front desk was extremely impolite and rude and stated there won't be a reason given. Something out of a movie considering we each pay $200+/mo. Please be careful doing business with these commies."
