I remain hopeful that the Ukraine aid will make it out of Congress, but admit that I thought it would be sooner.

But if/when it does, it will be a significant impact on the battlefield.

That is on the Ukrainian supply side.

The possibility exists that the shift in Artillery firepower could be magnified, by Russian shortages - like when the supply of howitzers and spare barrels from their boneyards starts sputtering out later this year.
