This would require a Black Sea pipeline from Georgia to Yuzhne.
More bad news for Russia's Gazprom.

The enemy continues to attack our refineries. And that’s the problem
In the morning, the enemy launched a massive drone attack. In particular, the oil refinery in the city of Tuapse came under attack.
There are two points worth paying attention to here.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations said that the fire at the refinery was caused by falling debris. However, the video of the attack shows that they actually tried to shoot down the enemy drone, but it still reached the target.
In essence, the Ministry of Emergency Situations is deceiving our fellow citizens, and this is not a very correct strategy. After all, it is very easy to lose trust, and this will later be used by the enemy.
The second important point is that this is not the first attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on our oil refining facilities. Unfortunately, it was not possible to protect all enterprises.
This is primarily due to the fact that air defense is necessary both at the front and to protect Moscow and a number of strategic facilities. At the front, by the way, many air defense installations have been lost over the past three months. We know the exact number, but we will not publish such sensitive information.
The most important thing is that the damaged oil refining capacity cannot be quickly restored due to sanctions. Yes, some equipment is in warehouses, some are trying to be imported through third countries, but if we continue to miss attacks on refineries, this will have a cumulative effect.
