Anything is possible. However, I don't believe there is a low cost solution to develop a forward deployable (throw away) Patriot launcher.

The limiting factor is the launcher has to communicate with the Patriot command module, which is getting data from the radar and passing that information to the Patriot launcher & missile.

Perhaps, a Patriot missile that can launch pure vertical and then receive target information after launch would allow an inexpensive launcher.

ETCM might have further insight.

Good insight

Wouldn’t call it disposable, less of a loss if destroyed, and you know that is a priority for Russia

The massive success of one mobile German patriot battery proved how effective they can be, but with limited resources it appears they have deemed that Sambush policy not worth the risk

Certainly there would be technical issues, and having no clue what the launch vehicle needs to have a successful launch and hit, my idea may be impractical

I would agree, there's no cheap way to do this, though the launcher isn't the really expensive part of Patriot. It would probably be possible to strip the key components from a launcher to build a more covert 1 or 2 cell launcher specifically for the purpose of ambushing aircraft that think they are outside the Patriot's envelope. I would be surprised if this idea hasn't been worked on, even if only on paper.
