The Ukrainian General Staff reported successful strikes on four Russian oil refineries—Afip, Ilya, Krasnodar, and Astrakhan—along with a radar station and electronic intelligence centers in the Bryansk region and occupied Crimea. Additionally, storage and preparation sites for Shahed drones in the Krasnodar region were hit. Local authorities confirmed the drone attack but did not comment on the aftermath, and the Russian Defense Ministry has not yet issued an official statement.
