The oil depot in Azov, Rostov region, is burning for a third consecutive day after a Ukrainian drone attack.

Yesterday, the governor already confirmed the fire was still ongoing and couldn't be put out, today Russian media report that the problem still persists. The tanks cannot be drained.

The other tanks in the oil depot must be full. No way to drain the tank that is on fire.

It seems to me that lately Ukraine has been hitting more oil storage depots that support Operational combat forces, rather than refineries with more of a Strategic/Economic objective.

Maybe the priority is to halt Russian territorial gains in Donbas, perhaps they are setting conditions for another Operation, or possibly Allies want to keep Global oil prices low for political reasons.
