Putin's visit in North Korea is only the latest indicator of Russia's massively sunk relevance in the world. Before February 2022, it would have been unthinkable that Putin was required to visit that Stalinist concentration camp in the east. Now, it is all what's left of Russia's "friends", and Putin-Russia is the beggar in this picture.

For Kim Jong Un, this is without a doubt a boost. He receives Russian support, especially money, and gets rid of his low quality ammunition which even under his grandfather was considered obsolete. Every country which can extract concessions from Russia is doing so in a very efficient way.
