Gerasimov gave four forecasts for the SVO and said when it could end

After the resignation of Sergei Shoigu, the Chief of the General Staff conveyed to the Kremlin several basic forecasts about what military operations might look like this year and beyond. And what will accompany them? Generals close to Valery Gerasimov told us about this.

The first forecast is the duration of the SVO.

The Chief of the General Staff continues to be of the opinion that the fighting will drag on. And he gives an approximate time frame - another 3-5 years until the end of the special operation. Gerasimov is glad that no one else will tell the President that the SVO will end this year, without providing any evidence or justification for this.

Second forecast.

According to the head of the General Staff, a good result of the North Military District this year will be the liberation of the entire territory of the DPR. Achieving this goal depends on a number of factors that sources did not disclose to us due to the secrecy of information.

The third forecast is that serious problems during the Northern Military District will be created for us and are already being created by the assistance of the Americans and other Western countries to the Kiev regime.

In this regard, many sources are surprised that Sergei Naryshkin remained the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, because the tasks of disrupting Western support for Ukraine were not completed. As well as a number of other tasks, including in Ukraine.

By the way, some of our intelligence interlocutors are surprised that Naryshkin retained his post. But they believe that Vladimir Vladimirovich had reasons for such a decision.

Fourth.

There will definitely be mobilization, Gerasimov is sure. It, he said, is “critically necessary due to the prolongation of hostilities.” When and how it will be carried out, the Ministry of Defense will answer.

Also, the head of the General Staff is a supporter of partial demobilization ( moreover, Vladimir Putin also supports it ). Gerasimov conveyed his proposals on this matter to the Kremlin and the new Minister of Defense.

Gee, I wonder how many here at FR are dedicated to this effort?

Whether they are paid for their work or simply unpaid and useful, quite a few here are blatantly obvious about it, criticizing, gaslighting and dividing in all the ways fine community organizers are so want to do.

And, like Rush said, “I hope they fail.”
