I wonder how many of the radomes actually have radars in them.

My guess is that Ukraine's success in taking out S-300/S-400 sites (ATACMs) allowed the Su-24s to fly closer to the front, putting the radar site within range of the Stormshadows.

Perhaps the Kerch bridge is now within Stormshadow range.
