A refinery in Ryazan, Russia, has been hit by an UAV. Unofficially, two explosions were reported. A large fire can be heard seen on the footage.

In Russia, drones attacked the Ryazan Oil Refinery at night, according to local Telegram channels.

This is the third largest among Russian oil refineries, capable of processing over 17 million tons of oil per year.
