In Mariupol, 9 soldiers were poisoned to death. On May 1 and Victory Day, serious attacks are expected in five regions of Russia
During the May holidays, the enemy plans to cause problems in a number of regions of our country. According to a source in the FSB, five regions are under particular threat: Bryansk, Kursk, Belgorod regions, DPR and Crimea.
“It’s clear that there will be shelling and drone attacks. Moreover, they can happen at any moment, so these days it is better to be in public places less often and stay at home.
It is clear that there will be sabotage against our military, but they have already begun ( we warned about this - ed.). But most likely, everything will not be limited to such actions,” our interlocutor said.
According to him, “a number of Western intelligence services and terrorist organizations” (which ones, the source categorically refused to say) are preparing provocations in the named regions using migrants from Central Asia.
“They want to return the terrible ghost of Crocus to Russia. We know about the preparation of several groups of immigrants from Central Asia for terrorist attacks with shootings and explosions, for mass poisoning of military and civilians. Four such terrorists were detained in Bryansk, seven in Belgorod and the region,” the source warned.
According to another FSB interlocutor, during the May holidays, citizens (especially in the regions mentioned above) need to be vigilant when they see people from Central Asia - Tajiks, Uzbeks and others. And they notice something suspicious in their behavior.
“I would like to apologize in advance to everyone who came to Belgorod and other cities from Central Asia and comes from there. Someone may suffer undeservedly. But it’s better than allowing more deaths,” the source explained.
By the way, provocations against our military in the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions have intensified. According to interlocutors at the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense, over the past week there have been four attempts to poison fighters in these regions.
In all cases, local residents bribed by the enemy acted. 16 soldiers were poisoned. 5 of them , unfortunately, could not be saved. They will, of course, be avenged. But all the same, all military personnel need to be extremely careful, we ask them about this again!
The seriousness of the threat is confirmed by the fact that immigrants from Central Asia hired by enemy intelligence services or terrorists have already become active in Mariupol. According to our sources in the local police, 9 soldiers were poisoned to death with shawarma [ popular street food in the Middle East ] here over the past few days.
“The criminals added poison to the shawarma they sold to the military. 9 people died. Unfortunately, the criminals managed to escape. There is a possibility that they are now in Rostov-on-Don or in one of the cities of the Rostov region,” said one of the interlocutors.
According to him, the poisoners worked for foreign intelligence services or for ISIS. This question remains to be clarified.
Russian Offensive Campaign Assessment, April 29, 2024The Kremlin is pursuing a hybrid campaign directly targeting NATO states, including using GPS jamming and sabotaging military logistics in NATO members’ territory. Financial Times (FT) reported on April 29 that Baltic ministers are warning that Russia is behind recent cases of GPS jamming that have interfered with commercial navigation signals and forced two Finnair flights to turn back in the middle of flights from Helsinki to Tartu in the past week.
FT estimated that GPS jamming has affected “tens of thousands” of civilian flights in recent months. UK outlet the Sun also reported on April 23 that suspected Russian GPS jamming impacted over three thousand UK civilian flights over the Baltic region, and British officials also believe that Russia jammed the satellite signal of a Royal Air Force jet that was transporting British Defense Secretary Grant Shapps back to the UK from Poland in March.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsakhna told FT that Estonia considers recent GPS jamming instances “part of Russia's hostile activities” and a “hybrid attack.”
FT noted that there are three suspected sources - Russian electronic warfare (EW) assets in Kaliningrad; another source in Russia causing GPS disturbances in Estonia and Finland; and a third source that is active farther north and impacting the northern parts of Norway and Finland.
An open-source intelligence account focusing on GPS jamming in the Baltic region assessed that the GPS jammer affecting the Estonian flights is in Russia roughly halfway between St. Petersburg and Narva, Estonia.
