The Paveway IV is a dual-mode GPS/laser-guided bomb weighing 500 pounds (227 kg).
This is a guidance kit based on the existing Paveway II Enhanced Computer Control Group (ECCG) added to the modified Mk 82 general purpose bomb.
The maximum flight range of Paveway IV is more than 30 km, depending on the fall height, speed and flight path.

A 30km drop would require the launch aircraft to fly at 30,000 ft and mach 1.
The laser designation would most likely be provided by a Shark drone.
IMHO, 500 pound JDAM-ERs would be a better option.

The "Paveway IV" is dual mode: GPS, like JDAMs & Laser guided.
An excellent munition for F-16s.
โJDAM-ERs would be a better optionโ
Maybe that is why the Brits are giving away the others.
