Expanding NATO's Nuclear Sharing Agreement would be pretty controversial, though I could see Trump using the threat of doing it as a bargaining tool. Possibly using it to push Russia into removing nuclear weapons from Belarus and Kaliningrad. Poland is a signatory to the Non-Proliferation Treaty, so that could be a barrier. Of course, that didn't stop NPT adopter Belarus. Ironically, Belarus agreed to give up all nuclear weapons under the Budapest Memorandums, along with Ukraine and Kazakhstan. An actual tit-for-tat response to Russian nuclear weapons in Belarus, would be western nuclear weapons in Ukraine, not Poland...
Of course, those who swallow Putin's load of anti-western propaganda see nuclear weapons in Belarus and Kaliningrad as the sovereign right of glorious Russia, while western nuclear weapons in Poland would be neocon warhawks starting WW3.
