This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

“Urals crude is now trading below the $60 per barrel cap”
OilPrice.com reports:
“Russia’s budget proceeds from oil and gas sales declined by 0.9% in September from the previous month, according to official Russian government data published on Thursday.
The Russian budget received $8.13 billion (771.9 billion Russian rubles) from oil and gas sales last month, per the data, which confirmed earlier Reuters estimates that proceeds would be roughly stable month-on-month...
...For the first nine months of the year, Russia’s oil and gas revenues surged by 49.4% annually to $87.5 billion (8.33 trillion rubles), according to the finance ministry data...
...These revenues have typically accounted for around a third of all federal budget revenues...
...Yet, the value of Russia’s crude oil exports has plummeted by nearly 30% since the end of June as falling international benchmark prices are depressing the value of the cheaper Russian crude grades, Bloomberg estimated last month.
Higher export volumes were unable to offset the slump in oil prices in recent weeks and Russia’s flagship Urals crude is now trading below the $60 per barrel cap...
...Russia is now preparing for lower oil revenues resulting from depressed prices along with a more relaxed tax regime, Bloomberg reported last week, citing a draft three-year budget.”

Six officers from North Korea were killed in the DPR
According to our sources in the Ministry of Defense, the emergency occurred at one of the training grounds near Donetsk. A group of officers from the DPRK came to the front as part of an exchange of experience.
“The friendly military was shown how our soldiers prepare for assault operations, for defense, and how we resist American weapons. Unfortunately, there was a missile attack on the test site. In total, more than 20 dead, 6 of them are our friends, officers from North Korea,” said one of the interlocutors.
Three more officers from the DPRK were wounded and were sent to Moscow for treatment.
We clarified: does the presence of the North Korean military in the front area mean that fighters from this country will take part in the Northern Military District ( we wrote about this possibility back in June)? The sources did not give a clear answer to this question.

As a result of the strike on Kurchatov, seven elite special forces soldiers were killed. What about the Kursk nuclear power plant?
7 military personnel were killed and 11 more were injured as a result of the attack on Kurchatov, Kursk region. This was reported by our source in the Ministry of Defense.
“Unfortunately, there is an accurate hit from the enemy. Most likely, information about the location of our military was provided by one of the locals. Or the saboteurs tried their best,” he said.
According to another source in the ministry, “elite military personnel, special forces soldiers who were supposed to play an important role in the liberation of the Kursk region from the invaders” were killed. He refused to provide other information about the dead.
At the same time, all interlocutors noted that the Kursk nuclear power plant was not damaged by the impact. “Now there is a lot of panic, people are shouting that they shot at the nuclear power plant and almost hit it. This is nonsense. Everyone who writes or says this works for the Kiev regime. It is he who benefits from the panic in the Kursk region! “says a source close to Andrei Belousov.
Unfortunately, no one gave a clear answer to the question of when we will clear out the traitors who are surrendering their positions to the enemy.
North Korean Officers were shown how to resist American weapons - cluster munitions were demonstrated.

“Israeli officials said warplanes bombed an underground bunker where senior Hezbollah officials were meeting, including the presumed successor to the group’s recently assassinated leader.”
“Israeli warplanes carried out airstrikes at midnight on Thursday on an underground bunker where senior Hezbollah leaders were believed to be meeting, including the presumed successor to the group’s recently assassinated chief, according to three Israeli officials.
A series of huge explosions rocked the densely populated neighborhoods just south of Beirut as the strikes hit. Shock waves shook buildings across the Lebanese capital.”
“With Israel reportedly considering targeting Iranian oil facilities, Channel 12 also says that Iranians have been ordered not to fill up their cars with more than 30 liters of fuel for now.”
Russian authorities continue to arrest Russian officials on charges related to mismanagement and corruption within the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD). The Russian Investigative Committee announced on October 2 that it placed former MoD Forestry Department Deputy Head Alexander Sluchak under house arrest and detained the General Director of “Translesstroy” LLC Ozman Avdolyan for embezzling 20 million rubles (about $210,248) related to the mismanagement of MoD contracts.[27] Russian sources stated on October 2 that Russian law enforcement initiated a case into a theft of military property worth over 1 million rubles (about $10,500) at the Tyumen Higher Military Engineering Command School, detaining two suspects including the driver of Major General D. Yevmenenko.[28] The Russian Investigative Committee also placed Deputy Head of the Russian MoD’s Military Construction company, Dmitry Sergel, on the interstate wanted list for embezzling funds from the Russian MoD.[29] Sergel reportedly embezzled over 35 million rubles (about $367,935) as part of a contract for overhauling a military hospital in Perm valued at more than 190 million rubles (about $ 1,997,363). ISW has observed an increase in MoD-related arrests particularly under the leadership of Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov in a likely effort to not only “cleanse” widespread corruption prominent under the leadership of former Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, but also satisfy the Russian public's demand for justice and demonstrate that the Kremlin is fighting corruption.[30]

In July of last year, Zhuravel was beaten in a pretrial detention center by the then 15-year-old son of the head of Chechnya, Adam Kadyrov. In late September, Ramzan Kadyrov published a video of the beating on his Telegram channel. The Chechen leadership has repeatedly and publicly approved of Adam Kadyrov’s actions. Ramzan Kadyrov stated that “it would be good” if his son killed Zhuravel. Later, the head of the region awarded his son the highest award in Chechnya - the title of Hero of the Republic. After that, Kadyrov Jr. received many awards from the leaders of Russian regions. In some of the court photographs, bruises are visible on Zhuravel’s face.

There is a minority in Moscow (which includes Putin) who think this is good, most want Kadyrov out.
Very Unfortunate.
“Bomb Kills Security Chief of Russia-Held Ukrainian Nuclear Plant”
“Ukraine’s military intelligence said the head of security at the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant died when his car exploded.
The blast killed Andrii Korotkyi early Friday in the city of Enerhodar, where the plant is located, the HUR service said in a website statement that accused him of collaborating with Russian forces that control the facility. Amazing, 2.5 years into this war and Ukraine can still carry out operations behind enemy lines.
“In Enerhodar, a car explosion targeted collaborator and war criminal Andriy Korotkyi, who served as the “head of physical security” at the occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, according to Ukraine’s intelligence agency. Korotkyi had been involved in organizing repressive measures against Ukrainians in occupied territory. After the ZNPP was seized, he cooperated with Russian forces, providing them with lists of plant employees, including pro-Ukrainian individuals, and was a member of Putin’s United Russia party.”
