This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. State Dept cleared it in Feb 2023.
Deliveries on this buy start next year (they are currently receiving a lower rate of deliveries from earlier purchases).
This big ($10 Billion) buy was always envisioned to include establishing rocket manufacturing facilities in Poland, as part of the deal. They are also getting ATACMS and Extended Range GMLRS from the USA up front.
Separately, they have another big contract with South Korea, to buy a bunch of their HIMARS equivalent Chunmoo launchers and rockets (which interchangeably with HIMARS, will fire each others ammo).
That deal was approved last year. What's happening now is Lockheed is going to open a missile production line in Poland. That's a big deal. With the huge demand for the HIMARS system, there's no way Lockheed can keep up with demand for either launchers or missiles. Production in Poland will help. Poland is also buying a South Korean GMLRS system, the K239 Chunmoo. They will be licensed to produce missiles and rockets for that system too.

I think that the 468 “HIMARS Launcher Loader Module kits” are to be mounted on standard Polish Military vehicles (for Polish logistical compatibility/ease of sustainment), and 18 completely American configured HIMARS launchers (on American trucks - maybe for fast delivery, or maybe pre-positioned for American troops to fall in on quickly) will be included, for their total of 486 HIMARS launchers.
Plus 288 equivalent (in some ways more capable) Korean launchers - So 774 total compatible launchers.
Although it will take years to complete delivery, they are on about as fast of a track as possible, and are already starting to roll in from Korea and from earlier US orders.
If it takes the Russians several years to rearm to invade Poland, their assault forces would then be fighting in the shade, as Polish rockets block out the sun from the sky.
Poland is also on a breakneck Program to procure about 1,000 state of the art anti-ship cruise missiles. Goodbye to Russian ships in Kaliningrad, on Day 1. Hello to the Baltic officially being re-designated as the North NATO Sea.

“This agreement does not include any commitment to using our own forces to defend Ukraine, it is a pledge to ensure Ukraine can defend itself,” Sullivan said. Peace in Ukraine will depend largely on “Ukraine’s own ability to protect itself and deter future aggression.”
Two sources told CNN that the pledge also does not “make a specific monetary pledge to support Ukraine’s defense.”
The agreement is “expected to commit the U.S. for 10 years to continued training of Ukraine’s armed forces, more cooperation in the production of weapons and military equipment, the continued provision of military assistance, and greater intelligence sharing,” CNN said.
According to CNN’s sources, the agreement paves the way for the U.S. to have a long-term security relationship with Kyiv, but could also be undone by future presidential administrations.
The security agreement will therefore be “less formal than a treaty and not necessarily binding for any future presidents,” CNN said.
If signed, the U.S. would join 14 other countries including the U.K., Germany, France, Canada, and the Netherlands, which have signed similar deals to help Ukraine repel Russia’s aggression based on a pledge made by G7 at the NATO summit in Vilnius in July 2023.”

The June 7 ruling by a Stockholm court allowed the German company to terminate its long-term contracts for Russian gas and the “relationship with the Russian state-owned company Gazprom Export” on June 12.
Russia began tightening screws on gas supplies to Europe in the wake of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine and subsequent Western sanctions.
According to Uniper, the sum of $14 billion is meant to compensate for the gas not provided since mid-2022.”
