This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

“Ukrainian UAVs also attacked the Salavatnefteorgsintez oil refinery in Bashkiria”
Ktiv Independent elaborates:
“A long-range drone operated by Ukraine’s State Security Service (SBU) attacked an oil refinery, Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, in Russia’s Republic of Bashkortostan on May 9, an SBU source told the Kyiv Independent.
For the first time since the start of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine attacked facilities in Bashkortostan, some 1,500 kilometers from the country’s border, according to the source.
In April, Ukraine hit production facilities in Russia’s Tatarstan Republic, 1,300 kilometers away from the state border.
Gazprom Naftokhim Salavat is one of the largest oil refining and petrochemical production complexes in Russia. It specializes in the production of gasoline, diesel fuel, and other types of petroleum products.
The drone attack damaged an oil catalytic cracking unit of the refinery.”
This will be how the Democrats hold power forever.

Deputy head of the United Russia faction in the State Duma Andrei Isaev called for taking into account the opinion of the dead in elections
According to Isaev, Putin said during the inauguration that the dead of past generations “have the right to vote, and this voice is the traditions that have developed and which we are obliged to honor.”
It is by taking into account the votes of the dead that Russian democracy, according to Isaev, differs from Western ones, where only the votes of living people are counted.
Let us note that Isaev is not the first to make a proposal to take into account the votes of the dead in elections. Thus, in 2016, the director of the Institute of Economic Strategies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Alexander Ageev, as Fontanka wrote, “suggested thinking about the possibility of granting voting rights to the 27,000,000 Soviet citizens who died during the Second World War.”
This, according to Ageev, could be realized by providing additional ballots for elections to their families, as well as expanding the number of voters in this way for several more dead generations

“BREAKING: Pentagon’s Space Policy Chief confirms to Bloomberg that they have managed to successfully counter Russia’s illicit use of black market Starlink terminals!
The US has been “heavily involved in working with the government of Ukraine and SpaceX to counter Russian illicit use of Starlink terminals,” John Plumb, the outgoing assistant secretary for space policy, said in an interview.
“At this time we have successfully countered Russian use, but I am certain Russia will continue to try and find ways to exploit Starlink and other commercial communications systems,” he told Bloomberg News. Although “it will continue to be a problem, I think we’ve wrapped our heads around it and found good solutions with both Starlink and Ukraine.”
Blocking Russian access to Starlink without impacting Ukrainian access as well has been a challenge, but they have evidently found a solution.”

They were developed for the United States Army around 1980.

I favor Trump’s across the board tariff hikes but its still good.
“President Joe Biden’s administration is poised to unveil a sweeping decision on China tariffs as soon as next week, one that’s expected to target key strategic sectors while rejecting the across-the-board hikes sought by Donald Trump, people familiar with the matter said.
The decision is the culmination of a review of so-called Section 301 tariffs first put into place under Trump starting in 2018. The new tariffs will focus on industries including electric vehicles, batteries and solar cells, with existing levies largely being maintained. An announcement is scheduled for Tuesday, two of the people said.”

“In Kaluga there is a strong fire at an oil refinery”
I guess that we will see if there are limitations in Russia’s capacity to restore these refineries, such as expending their stockages of spare components.
The best way to find out, is the keep hitting them, and see what breaks - but I suspect that the targeting is deliberately planned to overwhelm some aspect of their restoral capacity.
Like JoeB’s announcing border controls used by DJT, but are subtly different rendering them ineffective, these Chinese hikes may be similarly ineffective.
Check the wording, check the implementation.
