Zelensky will not accept Trump/Indicted War Criminal Little Pukin’s ‘deal’.

Zelensky’s goal is to outlast Trump. Outlasting RuZZia is the easy part.

3 years, 3 months to go.

47 will cut off all US military & economic aid, if Z does not surrender to his buddy’s terms. Everyone will cheer saying: its not our war, it cost too much US treasure, it was inevitable from the start, etc.

By the time the US ‘pivots’ to Asia, China will have already taken Taiwan and be moving on to the taking the rest of the Pacific. 47, having just won the Nobel, will cut a deal with his new best friend [ whoever is running China then ] which will guarantee Hawaii will remain in US hands - the rest will be ceded to China. Then, the above chorus will be heard once again.

With Putin an “Indicted War Criminal” are we able to or required to arrest him if he sets foot on US territory? Which countries are required to act on this indictment? Why would we even want to negotiate with an indicted war Criminal?

Is anyone concerned that Trump has paved over the White House Rose Garden, suggested as a copy of a patio at his Florida estate, which can’t even be used as it is beastly hot there in DC summers. Is it even appropriate to build an attached ballroom almost twice the size of our democratic White House, with all the gold and glitter of a French palace built by “God sanctioned” royalty. Some say it looks like our leader is building up the WH as his permanent home. Do some here believe that, or do we have faith that he will negotiate in the best interest of ourselves and the rest of the free, democratic world?

Has he set up the real estate hungry dictator for a surprise arrest? If we have the right or obligation to arrest Indicted War Criminals, he must have a lot of faith in his relationship with our President. Or else he has warned our leader of terrible consequences if something like that happens, and has great faith in the cadre of other power hungry oligarchs and politicians in Russia. Meanwhile, we can hope that our leader has the strength and will to outlast the man who wants to conquer Europe and control the rest of the world.

On the call, Trump suggested that Russia would be ready to withdraw from the southern region of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson in exchange for full control of Donetsk. However, Witkoff walked back that claim the next day in a call with the chief aides of European leaders, suggesting that Russia would both withdraw and freeze the front line. On Friday, European officials demanded a third call with Witkoff to clarify the growing confusion about what Putin actually proposed. In that call, Witkoff clearly stated that the only offer on the table was for Ukraine to withdraw unilaterally from Donetsk in exchange for a cease-fire.

The US is not a member of the ICC, and fully rejects its authority. The ICC's arrest warrant for Putin is as ridiculous as its warrant for Netanyahu. That's not how wars are settled. If the ICC had its way, hundreds of US military personnel would be tried and jailed as "war criminals".

I wonder who came up with Alaska as a location. There is certainly a message there, but who is making it?

granny HAS gone bezerk MODE:

Is this how you describe President Trump?

“Indicted War Criminal” ... indicted war Criminal?

Some say it looks like our leader is building up the WH as his permanent home. Do some here believe that, or do we have faith that he will negotiate in the best interest of ourselves and the rest of the free, democratic world?

...real estate hungry dictator

Indicted War Criminals

cadre of other power hungry oligarchs and politicians in Russia.

“Yesterday’s deadline on which Trump repeatedly threatened to impose new sanctions on Russia has passed. He has imposed no new sanctions on Russia.”

A secondary sanction (which is what had been threatened) of an additional 25% tariff on Indian imports to the USA, because of their purchases of Russian oil was announced by President Trump on 6 August (bringing India’s total tariff rate to 50%).

So yes, President Trump did do what he had threatened, and did it before the deadline. So far, it seems to be working, with Indian companies now substituting Russian oil supplies for other suppliers.

Just to be clear, there is a big difference between a WAR criminal, and a number of other kinds of criminal indictment.

If you support Ukraine, then stop buying Russian oil, Emmanuel. Otherwise, STFU!

--- "If you support Ukraine, then stop buying Russian oil, Emmanuel. Otherwise, STFU!"

As posted in another thread, the EU is playing both sides. They want Russian energy products, while posturing they do not. Officially the EU is PROPOSING -- because it's not a done deal -- to stop buying Russian energy products by the end of 2027, 28 months into the future. It's a con.

Hotlinks for any who would be bettered informed:

"The EU will gradually and effectively stop the import of Russian gas and oil by the end of 2027, under a legislative proposal put forward by the European Commission today. "

Commission proposes gradual phase-out of Russian gas and oil imports into the EU European Commisson, 16 June 2025.

EU Proposes Ban on Russian Oil, Gas Imports by End 2027 Wall Street Journal, 17 June 2025.

EU plans gradual end to Russian gas and oil imports by 2027 Financial World, 17 June 2025.

EU proposes complete ban on Russian gas and oil imports by end of 2027 World ECR from Dow Jones, 19 June 2025.

EU sets 2027 as deadline to phase out all Russian energy Euro News, 6 May 2025.

EU proposes keeping gas storage filling goals until 2027 Reuters, 5 May 2025.

EU plans to stop Russian gas and oil imports by 2027 Yahoo Finance, 18 June 2025.

28 months into the future, it is likely that Macron and Starmer will no longer be in office. And maybe this thread will have ended.

The EU has reduced its imports from Russia by 86% since Putin’s most recent (2022) invasion of a neighbor, in a coordinated drawdown.

A few landlocked former Com-Bloc Countries (Hungary, Slovakia) account for the bulk of the remaining imports, as their energy infrastructure was tied directly to Russian sources, and they needed the longest lead time to substitute.
