Sadly, I'd agree with that. Her 'escape' was planned before she testified, in the eventuality certainty that she'd open her angry, racist, fat mouth, and eff-up her case against DJT.

I have a friend who said the same thing to me. They either have something on the judge they can use against him or they will offer him something or they will threaten him. But, he will definitely not remove the case from her office...and force another DA to start over. Too many powerful forces behind the scenes for normal court room decisions to be made.
