The only explanation is that 95% of them are part of the whole scheme.
I totally agree that it is not in the GOP nature to fight dirty.
However, I think Trump will clean out the Deep State (ie fire radical Dim employees) and close agencies or move agencies to other States. And that is just a start.

2. Hillary and Obama ran a coup attempt on Trump and nada.
3. Omar was already known to commit immigration fraud and trump had 4 years to deport her and nada.
4. Biden is in tape at the CFR meeting in Feb 2019, confessing to stopping the investigation of Hunter by the Ukraine by threatening to stop 1 billion in aid to the Ukraine. No investigation, no indictment.
