The wealthy need a middle class buffer, although many of them do not realize this.
There is a wealthy neighborhood here in our giant ghetto known as Memphis. It’s maybe two or three square miles.

I left Memphis in my early 20s over 50 years ago. At that time Germantown was a well-to-do horsey community. Wonder how it is now?
