Everyone the congressmen talked to should be subpoenaed and required to testify publicly under oath to what they know, who they know and deal with, who they talked to after the congressmen left, what instructions they were given prior to, during and after the congressmen left, and who gave them those instructions.
Then subpoena the people who were named in such testimony and put them under oath and publicly find out who they dealt with regarding this location. Continue on up.
People who refuse to answer should be held in contempt of Congress and available penalties imposed on these people.
