No, Biden being old is not the issue. In committing those national security-threatening acts, Biden was younger than PDJT was at the time of the Mar-a-Lago raid. Biden was willful, youthful and competent in the commission of those acts.
As El Cid pointed out, Biden’s corrupt, DC peers on the jury would never convict him. If the trial were moved to Peoria, Joe would be convicted.

I see this as the deep state setting up an indefensible scenario for Biden to remove him from the 2024 ticket. If Biden is not competent to go to trial, he is not fit to be president. If Biden continues to defend himself to be competent, it will show he is unhinged even more. They will never charge him but they will force him to go away at some point. Biden will be the last to know that the towel has been thrown in.
He was essentially saying Biden is incompetent to stand trial.
So that’s why the bass tard is never be charged with any of his crimes against Americans. Funny this same law doesn’t apply to President Trump.
