Who's your choice for GOP Chairperson?

I think a co-chairmanship of Scott Presler and Harmeet Dhillon would be best. She could do the fundraising and he could continue his voter registration operations except now with the support of the official GOP.

I agree. He would be my first choice too although I think it would be a step down for him. He’s a wealthy man with a lot of opportunities. I don’t think he has any interest in being the RNC chairman.

Like being an NFL head coach, Chairman of the RNC is a prominent and prestigious position -- but it is also a working job with a long list of attributes that are rarely found in combination: know the game; be able to manage a large group of people, many with big egos; raise funds; put together a capable management team for the RNC office and field operations; get along with the team owner (Trump); work the news media; and recruit good candidates and force bad ones (Nikki Haley) out.
All said, a successful state GOP chairman is usually the best choice for RNC chairman. That leaves out Scott Pressler and Harmeet Dhillon. with the additional problem that Pressler is too fruity. The report of the North Carolina GOP chairman as Trump's pick makes quite a bit of sense.
