However, if the Governor of a State doesn’t give approval of HIS NG being federalized, ( resistance), about the only thing the Federal Government can do is stop the spending on their military equipment and support, then try to move in and seize their assets. Knowing Texas,Texans, and NG members, good luck with the general population accepting that. Any move by senile Joe will undoubtedly be meet by extreme resistance by Texas citizens.
