I covered that point in a previous message to BroJoeK. I said "Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in awhile."
I also suggested that maybe they only did it because they like to stir up trouble?
The only Massachusetts connection I saw here in this piece was that of Howie Carr who is from Massachusetts, and I view him as more one of “us” than one of “them”.
Isn't he referring to the Boston FBI?
Aren't they the ones involved in the corrupt doings with Whitey Bulger?
Also, don't forget Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. At least Mark Wahlberg kinda balances them.
He was referring to it not as the focus of this article, IMO, but to establish his credentials, and when he talks of Whitey Burger and the heinous behavior of the Boston FBI branch, he certainly knows of what he speaks!
And yes...you aren’t the only one who suspects Massachusetts stirred up trouble with the British because they like to stir up trouble...when General George Washington took command of the colonials in Cambridge, MA, his distaste for them knew no bounds, and he did, I think, consider them, apart from the warm bodies, more trouble than they were worth...:)
Are you aware that Quantico is in Virginia?
I, too, fail to appreciate your highly tangentital allusion.
