They will not substitute for the Taurus which has a much larger 1000 lb payload & is designed to take out bridges
If Germany ever does approve the Taurus, they will certainly restrict its use to Ukrainian soil.
These drones will not have that restriction.
They can be used to attack petroleum factories, storage tanks and export terminals.
They can also be used to attack electric substations and other dual use infrastructure.
